Consequently, we will need to consume foods that contain zinc in a sufficient amount each day (not more than 40 milligrams per day) depending on the age, gender and health of each person. For example, those with chronic diarrhea, currently controlling their diet, or have abnormal genes will require differing amounts of zinc intake.

We can supplement zinc from foods such as seafood, oysters, sunflower seeds, mushroom, pumpkin seeds, spinach etc. However, with society’s current fast pace, we often do not consume sufficient amounts of nutrients.
